Stir-Fried Garlic Vegetables
Youwillneed:
1 green cabbage chopped
1/3 red cabbage chopped
1 small bunch of kale
4 carrots sliced
1 red onion sliced
3-4 bulbs of garlic pressed or chopped
1 red and orange bell pepper, sliced
1/3 tsp. of grated or chopped ginger
sliced sausage while you are cooking dish.
Habanero pepper
½ tsp cumin
Tbsp olive oil
Black Pepper to taste
Braggs Amino Spray
Save some cut ups for Dressing: Cut up cabbage, kale, carrots,onions, and place in large bowl. Place bell peppers separate.In large skillet, place olive oil, cumin, garlic, onions, ginger andhabanero pepper sauté on med. –low heat about 1 -2 minutes.Don’t burn.
Pile on top all cabbages, kale, carrots, and onions with a littlewater. Cover and Cook for 5 minutes to 7 minutes. Add sausagemeat at this time if using. Stir while folding cabbage on bottomup to the top.
Continue to cook until cabbage is wilted. Add in bell peppers andcook until they are done cooked but not wilted.Add black pepper and Amino Spray to tasteServe over brown rice or quinoa with a baked meat of choice oryou can add sliced sausage into the dish while cooking.Veggie should cover ½ of plate with meat about the size of yourpalm and a salad filling out the rest of the plate.
Dressing: in Vitamix add about 2-3 tables of Tahini , (stir in canfirst) some onion, garlic, small ginger, 1/3 tsp. of cumin, ¼ cup ofapple juice, a couple a little kale and a couple of shots ofBragg Blend, adding water to thin out if needed. Should bepourable.
Serve over dish after on dinner plate.
